Guidelines for marketing of H. C. Andersen Festivals events
As a performer at the H. C. Andersen Festivals, we encourage you to actively participate in marketing your project. With this joint ownership, we can spread the words of the H. C. Andersen Festivals together and you will be able to expose your performance.
In the aim of exposing the festival in the best possible way, it is important that the festival’s general graphic terms are used in all marketing materials – which also includes your individual projects.
H.C. Andersen Festivals does not provide contribution to marketing of individual single-events, however, one of the festival’s sponsors, Vester Kopi, offer you as a performer profitable prices on i.e. posters, flyers, roll-ups etc. You are welcome to contact Vester Kopi directly: telephone: +45 66 12 04 46 or e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Vester Kopi will assist in creating your materials into the festival’s templates. Price 150 DKK + tax including one proof-reading. Subsequently, every proof-reading 50 DKK. All you have to do is to send your text written in Word and photos in JPG or PDF file to: email@example.com.
Deadline: Materials handed in Monday, in week 33, will be ready for pick-up at Vester Kopi on Friday in Week 33. It is also possible to hand in marketing materials during the festival-week, and these will be processed in the same order as they are handed in.
Radio spots and videos
Videos, radio spots, and similar electronic marketing must be presented with the name of the performer followed by “H.C. Andersen Festivals presents”. This will again ensure the synergy on all platforms in the whole marketing activity of the festival.
You are welcome to use H. C. Andersen Festivals’ font, Exo, in the published materials. However, this is not mandatory. We recommend Verdana if it is impossible to download the Exo font.
