Guidelines for markting your festival event
As a participant in the H.C. Andersen Festivals, we encourage you to actively participate in the marketing of your own project. In this way, we can together create increased focus on the H.C. Andersen Festivals and you can help highlight your event.
Strong common profile
In order to maximize the visibility of the festival and its content, it is important that the festival's overall graphic expression is used in all marketing initiatives - also for the individual project.
Printed materials
The H.C. Andersen Festivals does not subsidize the marketing of individual events, but in collaboration with Vester Kopi, we offer you as a player in the festival particularly advantageous prices on posters, flyers, RollUp, etc. Contact them directly for more information here.
Radio spots and video
Films, radio spots and similar electronic marketing must be presented with the actor's name followed by “H.C. Andersen Festivals presents”. In this way, we ensure synergy in the overall marketing of the festival and your event on these media platforms as well.
Fonts
The preferred typography in Adobe is “Program OT”.
You are welcome to use the H.C. Andersen Festival's font: "Program OT" in printed material. However, it is not a requirement. If you do not have that font or do not know how to download a font, we recommend Arial.
