‘Memories in a Cup’ is an intimate and sensory workshop where storytelling, creativity and community come together over a warm cup of tea.

Through simple storytelling and theatre exercises, participants share short, personal stories inspired by memories, travels, home and encounters between people.

Afterwards, each participant paints their own recycled cup as a symbol of the story they wish to carry with them.

The event finishes with tea, coffee and cake – a cosy moment where we share reflections and experiences in a safe and open space.

‘Memories in a Cup’ is about creating connections between people – one cup and one story at a time.

Everyone is welcome to join in, and no theatre experience is necessary. Sharing personal stories is voluntary, and you decide for yourself how much you wish to reveal.
