The Ambiguous Vagabonds is a nonverbal physical comedy and circus show with live music. The performance is a homage to wandering souls and to the classic hobo characters of the silent film era. It tells the story of two charming fools who navigate life’s challenges with humor and creativity – spreading hope along the way.
Through interactive moments, the audience – especially children – becomes directly involved in the action and part of the story. The absence of spoken language makes the show accessible to everyone, regardless of origin or cultural background. Circus arts such as juggling, acrobatics, and clowning meet virtuosic live accordion music, merging into a theatrical experience that moves and delights audiences of all ages.
With lightness and humor, the show invites reflection on universal themes such as migration, overcoming obstacles, and the power of hope and human connection. The two protagonists embody the spirit of the wanderer – a figure that reminds us that failure is part of life and can be faced with courage and a smile.
