During the H.C. Andersen Festival, Ny Vestergade is transformed into a wonderful Art Street, where children and adults alike can explore a myriad of exciting activities and exhibitions inspired by H.C. Andersen’s fairy tale The Water Drop.
Large floral installations adorn the street, where artists and craftspeople are exhibiting, galleries are opening their doors, and there is community singing under the open sky. In the storytelling chair, fairy tales are told, and everyone can help create a large collaborative collage based on The Water Drop.
