A musical tale about the journey of a drop of water. Created for both children and adults, the show makes us reflect on the fascinating physical capacities of this essential element and stimulates awareness about the way we use it.
Water is, as we know it, the element of life; taking care of it is taking care of our own lives. We might see ourselves reflected in the story of this little drop at many points, since each one of us are also drops in the great circle of life. Join this watery adventure to see the world through another pair of eyes!
Wasserklang is presented as a frontal musical performance with a voice-over narration. As an audience member, you’ll enjoy a combination of musical instruments such as the trumpet, euphonium, saxophone, kalimba and flutes — along with objects such as glasses, bottles, bowls, pots, sticks and much more, together creating the sound of water. The use of a loop station in addition to the acting, pantomime and clowning right into the audience area make this show modern and unique.
Please note: The narration is in English, but the show can be enjoyed by everyone.
